Meet our Staff

Pastor Daniel Etter serves as the Lead Pastor of Eastpoint Community Church. Daniel joined Eastpoint after serving at Calvary Chapel of the High Desert in Southern California, bringing with him a deep love for Scripture, a passion for developing leaders, and a heart for reaching people with the hope of Jesus.

Daniel is passionate about helping people understand and apply God’s Word to their everyday lives. He believes the local church should be a place where people can genuinely belong, grow in their relationship with Jesus, discover their God-given gifts, and be equipped to make a difference in the lives of others.

Daniel and his wife, Kaylee, share a genuine love for people and a heart for ministry. Together, they are excited to call Eastpoint home and to be part of what God is doing in our church and throughout the surrounding community.

As Eastpoint enters its next chapter, Daniel is committed to building on the strong foundation of the church while reaching new people, developing leaders, and helping Eastpoint continue to live out its mission to Love God, Love Others, and Change the World.

Josh serves as the Executive Pastor at Eastpoint Community Church, helping lead the church’s ministry, operations, and vision as Eastpoint seeks to Love God, Love Others, and Change the World.

Josh has been part of Eastpoint for many years and has served in a variety of ministry roles, including youth ministry and church leadership. He has a heart for helping people discover that following Jesus isn’t about having everything figured out it’s about taking the next step of faith and experiencing the grace of God along the way.

Outside of Eastpoint, Josh has spent more than two decades in the financial services and technology industry. He enjoys bringing his leadership experience into ministry and helping create an environment where people can use their gifts, grow in their faith, and make a difference in their community.

Josh and his wife, Sandra, have two children, Karina and Joshua Jr. When he’s not working or serving at Eastpoint, you’ll probably find him spending time with his family, playing golf, traveling, or trying to convince himself that his next round of golf will finally be the one where everything comes together.

Through both the highs and challenges of life, Josh has developed an even deeper appreciation for God’s faithfulness and grace. His desire is for Eastpoint to be a church where anyone regardless of their story or where they are in their faith can feel welcomed, encounter Jesus, and know that they belong.
